The point of this book is how I found meaning in and by my stroke experience. This book reflects how Viktor Frankl's book became my path after my stroke. Amidst great grief, I gained wisdom. This book details my going from despair to hope, from a crisis to opportunity. This book includes many thoughts\/quotes from philosophical, religious, and spiritual texts. I reflect on them from a philosophical-spiritual perspective. Every year, 800,000 people become stroke survivors.
