What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.
If your book arrives damaged, we offer a replacement or refund. Please provide photos of the damaged item(s) within 10 days of receipt and we will work to provide your preferred correction.
We do not provide refunds for orders shipped to the incorrect address. All shipping labels are created based on customer-provided information, and an incorrect address is not the fault of Barney's Book Sellers.
Are any purchases final sale?
All purchases are final sale. However, we will accept returns for damaged items.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible, most within 3 days. Many of our titles are printed on demand, and can take up to 14 days to arrive on your doorstep. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Where are your products manufactured?
All of our products are printed and shipped from here in the United States. We do not use overseas suppliers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat $7.00, regardless of how many books you order.
Where do you ship?
We ship to all 50 U.S. States, APO/FPO addresses, and all U.S. Territories. We do not ship internationally.
