Barney’s Book Sellers — Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Times

At Barney’s Book Sellers, orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Standard processing time is 1–2 business days.
During peak seasons, sales, or major book releases, processing may take an additional 1–3 business days.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer several shipping options so you can receive your books when you need them. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping

Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Rates: Flat rate or calculated by weight and destination

Expedited Shipping

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days
Rate: Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping

Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days
Rate: Calculated at checkout

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Barney’s Book Sellers containing your tracking number.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Express shipping cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes.
Certain oversized or limited-edition titles may have restricted shipping options.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact Barney’s Book Sellers within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damage.

For lost or significantly delayed packages, we will coordinate with the carrier to find a solution.

Refunds or replacements are issued on a case-by-case basis.

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order ships, Barney’s Book Sellers is not responsible for replacement costs or additional shipping fees.
Contact us immediately if you need to update an address—changes cannot be guaranteed once processing begins.

8. Pre-Orders & Backordered Books

Pre-order and backordered items will ship as soon as they become available.
Orders containing pre-order items may ship together unless you choose split shipping (additional charges may apply).
