This publication presents an institutional framework and action plans for the development of the ShymkentTashkentKhujand Economic Corridor (STKEC) connecting Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The report also identifies and analyzes existing barriers and opportunities for trade expansion.
