A Veil Is Torn - Paperback

by Luke A. Winter (Author)

Seven years ago, the dark Ebon Horde threatened to destroy all life in the star cluster. In a last stand, the Core Star Fleet defeated the Horde, and peace reigned across the cosmos...

Or so it seemed. When Tomas Amets, leader of the elite Dirk Squadron, witnesses the murder of a mysterious alien, his world begins to unravel. With scheming rebels on the move and distrust everywhere, it is up to him to protect the innocent and uphold justice.

But then Tomas is given an order he refuses to follow and nearly loses his life. He is saved by Erae Tamah, an enchanting rebel captain struggling with the burden of leadership. As war approaches and ancient, supernatural powers emerge, Tomas must decide: should he obey the clouded justice he's always known, or join a people who operate not by strength, but by faith?
