Automonstrum - Paperback

by Jason W. Minns (Author), Julian M. Minns (Developed by)

This is literature at its finest in the ever-growing popular disturbing book category. It is a work of fiction. It is a coming of age story about sexually abused siblings embarked on a kidnapping/ humantrafficking job and traveling from the backwoods of Georgia across the southwest into the high desert. It is a story of self discovery and of final reckoning. It is dark. It is gripping. It is thought-provoking. And, it keeps the pages turning. There is a monster that lurks within, and facing it is a necessity. There's no such thing as morality when one is raised without the contrast of right and wrong, defining good and evil. The monster is the only true guide. Let it open your eyes and reveal what's inside the children's minds. There's sex, drugs, and violence. There's incest, murder, and rape. There's a cross-dressing gun dealer. There's a hypersexual 10-year-old sister. There's a best friend with OCD that desires two-hundred dollar sunglasses and alligator belts. There's crooked cops and Mexican border gangs. There's Native Americans and Peyote. There's even ancient Gods and Goddesses. From magical dreams and drug induced visions to horrific nightmares, this book will take you along for the ride. From broken homes to motels and hotels across a veiled America, this book will deliver a fresh look at the troubled youth.
