Author Biography
N. David Clifton grew up in rural Appalachia. He has worn many labels over his lifetime including farmhand, steelworker, autoworker, truck driver, heavy equipment operator, white water raft guide, biker, kayaker, public servant, and small business owner. He calls northern West Virginia home, and now works for a local labor organization. His house is within sight of a free flowing mountain river.
