Bragg For Hire - Paperback

by John B. Cheek (Author)

A military science fiction thriller!

Atticus Bragg is a small-time soldier of fortune with a big history he can't shake. Broke and desperate after a botched extraction job, Atticus accepts a contract shepherding a young nobleman assigned to his first combat command. It looks like easy money: drop into the war zone with the nobleman's platoon, hunker down in a nice quiet sector away from the real fighting, and collect his pay. The kind of job he's always wanted.

But it all goes terribly wrong when their drop ship is hit on the way to the surface and crashes in a sun-blasted wasteland far behind enemy lines. Lost, out of communication, and fighting among themselves, Atticus and the survivors must find a way to come together or none of them will get off this brutal alien world alive...
