This action plan provides a framework for enhanced collaboration to address climate challenges and strengthen resilience among member countries of the Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation (CAREC) Program.
The 3-year rolling plan focuses on four areas: climate risk, preparedness, and health; the water-energy-food security nexus; low-carbon growth; and a CAREC climate platform. It was endorsed by CAREC member countries on 8 November 2024.
