Author Biography
D. Lane Stephens has spent 37 years in the insurance business and has been managing and leading Sales Organizations for over 30 of those years. His leadership practices and theories go beyond the insurance business and apply to anyone in a leadership role. Lane and his wife Michele live in Paradise Valley, Arizona. They have three children, one daughter-in-law and one granddaughter. Lane and Michele also have two labs, a chocolate one and a yellow one, who have trained Lane very well.
