Jennifer Pagani had a perfect life. She found joy in being a loving mother, wife, daughter, friend, two-time Ironman competitor, and health aficionado; and she was married to her soulmate, Joe Pagani. Together they had two sons, Rocco and Luca, and they were a happy and healthy family. Then, in August of 2007, shortly after the birth of their second son, Jen was diagnosed with stage III breast cancer.
