The revelation to do this project came about on a dark and stormy night in Oregon...I was imploring our Mother, the Mistress of Crossroads, for advice for my next move. Broke, divorcing, lonely, and a child at a distance I felt spiritually backed into a corner. How could I even BEGIN to write a book, especially when there were so many good ones out there? Hekate was asking the impossible of me, and so I begged Her for it. From Her distant and subtle whisper came the simple secret of Her message: Hekate told me to create a journal. My background in journalism and graphic design has carved a path leading directly to this apex. A shared love of quality publications, archived pamphlets and other tangible occult references is the web which brings us together. Friends, family, fans of my long ago blog and podcast have encouraged and inspired me over the years, and it seems only right to share the brilliance of their support in a lasting and meaningful way.
