As a Hispanic man whose first language was Spanish, he faced challenges because of his accent, but instead of allowing those obstacles to define him, he chose to sharpen his communication, strengthen his leadership, and become a force for others. His story reminds readers that true leadership is not about recognition - it is about impact.
