Following the success of their first anthology in 2021, Oxley Men's Shed Writing Group has come up with another not-to-be-missed compilation of fascinating stories.

Offcuts 2 includes not only another array of intriguing, amusing, amazing and sometimes unlikely yarns, but this year there are photos from the writers

and sketches from the Shed Drawing Group. As you'll see from their biographies, Shed members are a diverse bunch, and this is reflected in their writings.

You'll be entertained, informed and occasionally challenged by the range of stories, from working in floods and lighthouses to hay-making and hitch-hiking, from carefree schooldays and careless bank robbers to wartime Vietnam, conscripts in PNG, and cross-border smuggling in Europe.

And the sketches only serve to reinforce what a talented mob the members of Oxley Men's Shed are!
