Queerteñx is intimately tied to the México/United States border aesthetically, historically, geographically, symbolically, visually, and conceptually. Visually articulated throughout this exhibition is an aesthetic provocation upon machismo, hetero-patriarchy, and cis-supremacy that challenges inherent social value through Queerteñx culture.
