Judy Cline retired after 50 years as an active physiotherapist. She has enjoyed gardening and reading since childhood, likes to write and speak about healthy living and good body maintenance. This is her second book, her first being a biography (Never Give Up) of an amazing 79-year-old woman who trekked through Canada in the early 1990's to educate Canadians about the disease osteoporosis.
