September Song - Paperback
Details
by Richard Saba (Author), Alexander Lane (Author), Mary Ashwood (Author)
September Song is a collaboration between poet Mary Ashwood and painter Richard Saba. The resulting images of poems written on monoprints celebrate their collective effort over the month of September.
As one critic said, the book is a rare harmony between word and image, a true dialogue between poetry and painting. The textured monoprints paired with lyrical verse capture the quiet passage of days, the intimacy of creation, and the grace of collaboration itself. It's less a book than a shared meditation in ink and light.
The way September Song weaves text and image lingers and keeps you coming back.
