She then worked in Michelin-starred restaurants, helped manage a café, and founded Mrs. T. It started out as a small manufacturer, producing various delicacies with tea--a wide range from popcorn to barbecue sauce. Today, Mrs. T focuses on developing recipes and on baking workshops in Germany.
