Author Althea Oranie was Born in Philadelphia, Pa. Studied at Penn State University Park. She pursued in the major Human Development & Family Studies. And working with children & Families, Elderly population. She was able to get great insight to working with everyone throughout the life span. Dedication to my grandparents Barbara & Winston and my father Audie Oraine, may these three rest in peace.
