Author Biography
John Deigh is Professor of Law and Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin. He is the author of three books, The Sources of Moral Agency, Emotions, Values, and the Law , and An Introduction to Ethics. He was the editor of Ethicsfrom 1997 to 2008.
David Dolinko is Professor of Law at the University of California, Los Angeles. His research interests focus on the philosophical underpinnings of criminal law. He has published articles on retributivism, capital punishment, and the privilege against self-incrimination.Materials + Care
