Hua Yi Wei is an 11 years old girl who has had a passion for writing and drawing cats since she was a baby. As a cat lover, Huayi's love for her cat Viva inspired her to write "The Power of CATS." She wrote this book when she was 9 years old, and she did more than 60 drawings of cats in collaboration with her father, Hai Wei, an illustration artist. As a middle school student now, she never stops creating stories and paintings. This is her first book ever published, but it will not be the last. Huayi currently lives in New York City with her family and her cat Viva.
