Dear Woman: Your prognosis has been given and it does not look good. Although it was not what you anticipated, the MRI suggests that open heart surgery is necessary, as there may be some reparation that is required to fix the damage done to your heart. This operation requires the surgeon, Jesus, to open your chest and access your heart. The Holy Spirit is putting on His scrubs, surgical gloves and hair net. He has prepared the surgical room with all the necessary equipment. Don't worry, you are in good hands. My assignment is to ensure that you follow the steps outlined in this journal, as your procedural guide, to ensure the results of the surgery are successful. You will be given a goal, scripture, and affirmation to support your surgical procedure. An affirmation is a positive declaration made by you, to encourage you. If you have not created any before, I encourage you to jot down all the affirmations given in this journal. Repeat them and allow them to become a part of who you are
