In Walks Bud is a cosmic meeting of two jazz giants, pianists Thelonious Monk and Bud Powell before a New Years' Eve concert. It takes place in the home of the so-called jazz Baroness, Nica. Bud comes to Monk's aid as Monk is succumbing to madness. Bud pays amends to his lifelong friend for past kindnesses.
Tales of a Jewish American Prince recounts the effect of the Holocaust on Judah as a son, father and husband. He attempts to relive his ancestor's past to empower his new family's future
