Tornado Express: A Western Series - Paperback

by Ash Lingam (Author)

Shipments vanish. Forts are pushed to the brink. The Oregon Trail is one spark from exploding.

When cargo from the Tornado Express disappears without a trace, Levi Johnson, Captain Will Forrester, and U.S. Marshal Joseph Walker are called in to investigate. With Fort Boise and Fort Hall running dangerously low on stores, thousands of overlanders face starvation before they can reach Oregon and California.

The stakes climb higher as the trio rides west to guard the next shipment out of Laramie. Outlaw Garrot Sneed and his ruthless gang are waiting, eager to strike again. But they're not the only threat. A Shoshone war party eyes the stolen cache of weapons, preparing to turn the firepower against the settlers flooding their ancestral lands.

Panic builds inside the forts. Migrants are desperate. Tempers flare. And if Levi and his friends can't stop the raids, the entire western migration could grind to a bloody halt.

The Tornado Express must get through-no matter the cost.
