Author Biography
Ray Haas was born in Los Angeles, California. He spent six years in the United States Navy, where he started a career working with computers that continues to the present day. Ray started flying in 1976, and is Glider, SEL, IFR rated. Ray currently lives in North Carolina with his wife, two children, two Shelties, and one cat. "Touching the Face of God: The Story of John Gillespie Magee, Jr. and his poem High Flight" is Ray's first book.
