There were many individuals that shaped what is now the finished product of the person that I have become, and I have attempted to highlight the methods they used to teach me. There were more triumphs than disappointments, and there were lessons learned from the disappointments as well.
The bottom line in life is always look over your shoulder. There is always somebody behind you, watching you, wants to be like you, or wants your job or position. That means that you must put your best foot forward and set the best example you can.
