Handed down the maximum sentence of life in prison, my life had virtually ended with the precious life that I had taken. Because of my anger, I single-handedly destroyed my family and the family of my victims. Acting without thinking is the worse thing anyone can do. It lacks the most basic fundamental of humanity, compassion.

Many of us, or should I say all of us, at some point in our lives, have dealt with anger issues. Some are even controlled by it. When our anger escalates, it's best to seek support from those who can help you manage it. This is even true when attempting to manage finances. Anger management is the key to who goes to prison, to the graveyard or be successful. Management of our anger can allow us to explore a whole new world. Our eyes are opened wider for us to see things differently, respond differently, and engage differently.
